    The Role:

    The ERP Training Lead will lead training for our global business transformation of existing on-premises ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics solutions across our global business.

    As the ERP Training Lead, you will collaborate closely with the core ERP business team, cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and project managers to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs that empower our workforce to utilize Microsoft Dynamics applications effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the creation, development, and execution of Microsoft Dynamics training strategies, plans, and materials for end-users across various Microsoft Dynamics modules and functionalities.
    • Design engaging and effective training curricula, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, job aids, and other relevant training resources.
    • Identify and Develop End User Training Content for customers based on the best medium for content consumption (e.g., Online vs Instructor Led)
    • Work with the ERP business team and stakeholders on instructional design and content-authoring approaches for training development.
    • Lead team of training developers to create and meet needs and deadlines for training content.
    • Develop course objectives and design plan based on assessment results.
    • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, gathering feedback and improving continuously based on participant feedback and performance metrics.
    • Participate in content review, revision, and sign-off cycles.
    • Conduct 'train-the-trainer' sessions (possibility to expand into training delivery in subsequent phases of the project if desired)
    • Provide application knowledge, methodology expertise and/or industry knowledge.
    • Build and maintain client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
    • Support execution of change campaigns aligned with overall change strategy and approach.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • At least 5+ years of business transformation training experience; experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not required.
    • Working experience in training methodologies and instructional design principles; knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Principles is preferred, not required.
    • Proficiency in developing training materials using various tools, such as PowerPoint, e-learning software, and content-authoring platforms.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable and relatable manner to diverse audiences.
    • Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess training program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
    • Experience in change management principles and practices preferred.
    • Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training curriculum to provide essential knowledge and enhance user adoption.
    • High comfortability working closely with senior leadership throughout the organization.
  • Qualifications

     

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to take initiative, work independently and be adaptable.
    • Strong attention to detail. Strong research and information-gather skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Knowledge of data analytics software preferred.
