Job Description
Technical Support Coordinator
· Provide technical support to all Lake|Flato personnel
· Assist Director of IT to manage Lake|Flato help desk service tickets and maintain hardware and software installed on desktops, laptops and servers.
· Assist in implementation of IT hardware and software upgrades including decommissioning
· Organizing and recycling of old hardware
· Assist in creating and maintaining support/instructional document for end-users to assist them in proper usage of hardware and software
Required Qualifications:
· Experienced with and confident supporting Windows 7 and 10 systems
· Able to perform basic SQL server support
· Comfortable maintaining PC hardware
o Upgrading Graphics cards
o Installing solid state drives
o Migrating data to solid state hard drives
· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Ability to legally work in the US
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience using Quest KACE Systems Management Application
· Experience using Quest KACE Systems Deployment Application
· Experience with Group Policy Objects
· Experience writing PowerShell scripts
· Familiarity with usage of GoToMeeting and Skype for Business
