    The Lake & Geauga Area Association of REALTORS® is searching for an organized, driven, and amiable leader with a proven record of increasing effectiveness and fostering a people-oriented atmosphere. The optimal applicant must possess the competency to evaluate current protocols, make thoughtful modifications to expedite output, and comply with timelines. A substantial level of personal responsibility and self-discipline is essential! Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: • Contributing to the development of LGAAR’s strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization and staff • Planning, coordinating, and executing the annual budget process in cooperation with the Treasurer • Ensuring that LGAAR is adhering to the strategic plan • Identifying and developing future volunteer leaders • Overseeing committees, task forces, and workgroups • Representing the organization externally and advocating for REALTORS® in the community • Participation in the Ohio REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® • Ensuring staff members receive timely and appropriate training and development • Manage information technology and social media • Manage LGAAR property and facilities Knowledge and skills required: Professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong budgeting and fiscal proficiency (Annual Budget and P&L). Qualifications: ExperienceWe are looking for an individual with 3+ years of experience in a leadership role of a small staff. The strongest candidates will have experience working collaboratively with volunteer leaders and a board of directors. An impressive track record of building and maintaining relationships with staff.EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceSalary and BenefitsThe salary is $75,000+ yearly depending on experience. The compensation package includes Health, Vacation, and PTO. Compensation: $75,000+ yearly
