ABOUT THE POSITION: JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM! WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST TO RESPECTFULLY PURSUE PAST DUE CONSUMERS ACCOUNTS. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL COMPLETE 3 WEEKS OF PAID TRAINING, THAT WILL PROVIDE YOU THE SUCCESSFUL TOOLS TO MAINTAIN TRUSTFUL CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND ENSURE TIMELY PAYMENTS RECOVERY GOALS.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Clean Background Check (Examines the past 7 years Only)
• Valid Forms of Identifications
• Complete a negative drug screening test within 48 hours of passport verification
• _Must have your OWN equipment (2019 or newer Laptop, Desktop on windows 10 or newer) _
• Chromebooks and Macs are NOT Accepted
• Noise Cancellation headset with USB Connection to computer
• Hard Wired Internet router with Ethernet Cord
• Webcam and a private area with no distractions and background noise

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years’ Collection’s experience in a call center in-office environment
• Ability to be a Goal Crusher achieve top Quality Assurance scores
• Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/Spanish
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Must be comfortable navigating between multiple computer screens and systems
• High School Diploma/ GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older

SCHEDULES ARE BASED ON AVAILABILITY:

• Paid 3- Weeks Training Monday – Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
• Monday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• One Saturday a Month
• One late night a week
• Overtime is Available on business needs

COMPENSATION & AVAILABLE BENEFITS:

• $13.00 $14.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE
• SPANISH BILINGUAL $15.00 - $16.00 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL ON SPANISH ASSESSMENT REQUIRED OF A PASSING SCORE OF 75% OR HIGHER ON THE 2ND OR 3RD WEEK OF TRAINING.
• Daily incentives based on performance (up to $50/day)
• Monthly incentive based on performance (Average of $300)
• Performance reviews every 3 months with potential merit increases
