  • Responsibilities
    • Shares in the financial metrics of the brand to handled
    • Shares in the responsibility to improve brand health
    • Supports the brand champion, especially in executing behind strategies
    • Training in the various aspects of the brand management role 
    • Give inputs to marketing programs for a significant product or product category
    • Coordinates with various departments to implement trade activities and develop product/line extension requirements and specifications
    • Plans and executes marketing activities that are direct to consumers

    Required Skills

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any business-related course
    • Must have excellent communication, project management, leadership, and analytical skills
    • Preferably with 2 - 3 years experience in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent

    Required Experience

    • Adept at project management
    • Analytical in thinking
    • With people skills
    • Can work with teams, preferably with cross-functional/task force team management experience
    • Can learn and work fast, especially as regards product science and work processes
    • Detail-oriented
    • Preferably with new product development experience
    • Brand management experience is a plus
  • Qualifications
