OKCarz is looking for a driven individual to become a Selling Manager at our Bradenton location. Must be a strong closer, good at multitasking and great with people. Must be good with computers, social medial and prospecting for referral business. We are looking for an individual that wants to take ownership of their own growth and development.

Our Selling Managers sell cars, underwrite loans and also assist the Store Manager with daily tasks.

$36,000 Yearly Salary, $150 per unit sold, Plus Bonuses!!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guiding customers through the entire sales process, from application to contract closing.
• Underwriting loans for yourself and for Sales Advisors
• T/O every customer and assisting Sales Advisors with closing deals and overcoming objections
• Training and Development of Sales Staff
• Managing and Measuring Sales
• Generating new business by prospecting, using social media, dealer and customer referrals and any other sources available
• Following up with Internet Leads and Scheduling appointments
• CRM Audits
• Ability to lead a Sales Team and hold accountable
• Executing Mid Florida Financing Underwriting's Policies and Guidelines
• Assisting in store management responsibilities such as inventory, sales, customer service, and other tasks needed to run the business
• Help with growing and protecting the business at all times
• Assisting current customers with any issues and providing excellent customer service
• Support of Home Office with anything needed to operate the business
