    Job Description

    Lakeshore Corporation, a Washington property management company is looking for a part-time leasing assistant to work from home. Hours are flexible, multiple shifts available depending on your schedule.

    Job Duties:

    • Call and email prospective tenants looking view properties.

    • Answer property related questions.

    • Coordinate and schedule showings with agents and tenants.

    • Follow-up on past showings.

    • Screen prospective tenants by gathering required documents, completing landlord and employment verification.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Real estate experience preferred but not required.

    • Experienced in Outlook.

    • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

    • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

    • Professional home office environment.

    We need someone that is reliable and is able to have the commitment of a full-time employee while working part-time. 

    Potential Hours/Schedule:  Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 10am – 2pm. Wednesday 8am-5pm.

    $15 per hour
