  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    •Researching, reviewing and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing reports, procedures and processes including KPI measurements/gaps, and then presenting to senior leaders and department leads •Working directly with decision makers and end users to understand, define and document reporting goals, needs and requirements, using strong technical skills including the ability to merge data from various sources, write formulas to summarize data, translate data to user-friendly reports and data-mine for necessary drill-down metrics •Designing, developing, publishing and maintaining reporting dashboards on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis •Writing and maintaining operations processes related to standard reporting; identifying and implementing process improvements; reporting best practices

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    •1-2 years in an operations or accounting role that demanded accuracy and attention to detail •Proactive approach to problem resolution •Ability to prioritize work and multitask in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to take on new projects and demonstrate flexibility •Strong organizational, analytical and presentation skills •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Microsoft Office Suite user including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and an intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Excel including formulas, graphs, charts, etc
