    Job Description

    We are currently searching for a highly motivated Regional Retail Recruiter to join our team. You will work closely with strategic business partners to gather hiring requirements, source and screen candidates, drive the interview process and close top talent for our retail side of the business. You value a well-structured process and enjoy working with a diverse team of interviewers to continuously monitor and improve decision-making quality. You must possess a passion for finding talent and have excellent customer service skills, good judgment, strong attention to detail and an outcome orientation. You’re sure to be busy and fully engaged from the first day, and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.

    A DAY AT LAKESHORE LOOKS LIKE THIS:

    • Source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend internal or external candidates to hiring managers
    • Inspire candidates by sharing all that Lakeshore has to offer and lock in top talent with compelling offers
    • Manage and prioritize multiple requisitions in tandem, including managing the job postings for all retail positions within the company
    • Follow a seamless hiring process to support the candidate experience
    • Execute job/candidate search and engage with potential applicant
    • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports for all phases of the recruitment process
    • Travel to area of need to work directly with store team to fill critical positions by foot recruiting within the local community and serving as a brand advocate of Lakeshore
    • Network with local colleges, high schools, shopping centers, and other retailers to create strong relationships and foster a continuous pipeline of candidates
    • Support Retail HR team in other related duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    • 1-2 years recruiting experience
    • 2 years retail store experience
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems and online job search websites
    • Familiar with the retail industry and the competitive landscape
    • Strong knowledge of the hiring process
    • Highly motivated team player
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, follow up with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines in a fast-pace environment
    • Excellent customer service and polished communication skills
