    Job Description

    We are currently searching for an experienced and energetic Executive Assistant to support senior members of our Product Development team. The ideal candidate is a capable self-starter who is resourceful in solving problems with minimal direction and thrives in a challenging yet fun environment.     A DAY IN THE OFFICE LOOKS LIKE THIS: 

    • Managing and maintaining multiple calendars, including scheduling recurring meetings, prioritizing appropriately and using good judgment to solve complex scheduling and meeting planning needs
    • Analyzing data and offering strategic insights that unlock opportunities for business optimization
    • Collaborating with multiple executives
    • Maintaining standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
    • Managing the processing of credit card charges and expense reports
    • Supporting team building and social activities within the department
    • Reviewing, sorting and organizing correspondence related to business matters.
    • Handling a wide variety of situations and responsibilities, including business project follow-ups, business communications, time and schedule management, and other team projects/tasks as needed
  • Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience providing executive-level support
    • Experience in a product development environment, preferred
    • Exceptional customer service skills when serving outside customers and internal departments—both over the phone and in person
    • Ability to instill trust and maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy and great attention to detail
    • Strong sense of urgency to quickly respond to all assignments
    • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, excel and Outlook
    • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a “no job too small” outlook
