    Job Description

    In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a Manager to lead our SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) workstream while we implement new enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools. The position’s chief responsibility is the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities that support FICO, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management, cash management, cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, profitability analysis, costing, consolidations and FICO related reporting. The role will also leverage and apply leading-practice business knowledge and proficiency for FICO, in addition to coordinating internal IT associates and implementation partners in design, deployment and support of ERP. The ideal candidate should have excellent SAP configuration skills, as well as strong leadership and writing skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the senior management team.     A day in the office looks like this:

    • Understanding existing business processes, mapping out process flows and identifying areas for improvement
    • Validating approach for system changes and ensuring that proper testing and documentation is completed prior to migration
    • Managing SAP standard API & EDI integrations with other internal and external applications such as Concur, ADP, etc.
    • Transforming business requirements into functional and technical specifications, conducting unit and integration tests, deploying tools, training users and maintaining systems
    • Providing support with standardizing, cleansing, mapping, translating and migrating data from legacy ERP to SAP S/4 HANA
    • Training IT and business team members on the SAP system, configuration and reporting

    • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of eight years of progressive SAP experience with at least one year focused on SAP S/4 HANA, including at least three full life cycle SAP ERP implementations in the FICO area
    • Experience developing and driving implementation of SAP standards and best practices
    • Deep understanding of finance and accounting

    • Salary: $140,000 to $175,000 with an annual bonus of up to 15%
