Operations Specialist (Hybrid)
Job Description
In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Product Research, Design & Development team. In this role, you will drive process optimization, support implementation of technology and evolve data and analytics to support various projects impacting product development. The position also involves documenting process flow and building best practices to support workstreams. Lastly, you will play a critical role in assisting with internal and external vendor training. The ideal candidate has experience working with product lifecycle management software, possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and can constructively challenge teams and business partners to achieve goals.
