    Job Description

    In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Product Research, Design & Development team. In this role, you will drive process optimization, support implementation of technology and evolve data and analytics to support various projects impacting product development. The position also involves documenting process flow and building best practices to support workstreams. Lastly, you will play a critical role in assisting with internal and external vendor training. The ideal candidate has experience working with product lifecycle management software, possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and can constructively challenge teams and business partners to achieve goals.     A DAY IN THE OFFICE LOOKS LIKE THIS: 

    • Overseeing operational priorities from conception to completion, including analyzing performance, managing reporting and driving dashboard creation to ensure continuous improvement 
    • Supporting cross-functional teams through change management based on project need  
    • Delivering training programs for internal teams and external vendor partners to ensure clarity regarding roles and expectations 
    • Providing regular status updates to the Operations Manager, highlighting proactive tactics addressing project risk and mitigation   
    • Facilitating discussions that enable teams to resolve conflicts and make timely decisions

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
    • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations and/or project management; experience within product development organizations a plus 
    • Proficiency in MS Excel required, with an emphasis on building and presenting reports  
    • Experience using Workfront or a similar project management program highly desired
