    Job Description

    We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Planner. This is a hybrid role at our Carson, CA headquarters. Successful candidates will have experience forecasting and buying finished goods and possess a solid knowledge of replenishment software. We value a team approach—so the ability to work collaboratively is essential. A background in retail and import purchasing is a big plus.

    A day in the office looks like this:

    • Managing and executing the purchase of finished products from domestic and import vendors for multichannel distribution. Ability to assess complex level situations and products.
    • Analyzing historical data, statistical information and sales reports in order to trend future replenishment needs and demand planning
    • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams on new item launches, product revisions and end-of-life scenario
    • Minimizing overstock while maintaining a best-in-class fill rate
    • Managing daily/weekly replenishment to stores
    • Initiate and execute intermediate level projects and process improvements, inclusive of supporting projects.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of purchasing experience in multichannel distribution (or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain)
    • Retail purchasing and store replenishment experience is a plus
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong math skills
    • Proven decision-making skills
    • A strong sense of urgency and impeccable follow-through
    • Ability to prioritize while juggling many tasks in a fast-paced setting
    • A team orientation and the ability to work independently
    • Knowledge of replenishment software
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively train others.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
    • Experience in SAP or ERP systems is a plus

    • Salary: $72,000-$95,000 with an annual bonus of up to 10%
