    Job Description

    In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Acquisition Marketing team. In this role, you will support the Digital Marketing team by implementing and analyzing paid digital marketing strategies to attract new customers and drive web sales. The position also requires communicating marketing campaign deliverables, objectives, timelines and next steps to the Marketing team and partners across Lakeshore, as well as organizing data for presentations to various internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate has impeccable project management skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a variety of projects and tasks. Applicants should have experience executing paid digital advertising initiatives, finding creative solutions and collaborating with key stakeholders.     A DAY IN THE OFFICE LOOKS LIKE THIS: 

    • Implementing and analyzing digital advertising campaigns; identifying best practices to optimize performance 
    • Supporting the execution of creative assets for digital marketing campaigns by owning content requests, constructing creative briefs and attending/recapping project kickoffs and debriefs 
    • Partnering and collaborating with key internal stakeholders throughout the organization (e.g., Art, Creative, Analytics, B2B Marketing, Business Development, etc.) to implement paid digital ad strategies 
    • Pulling, analyzing and interpreting data to help the Digital Marketing team make informed decisions on future strategies and tactics 
    • Managing campaigns to ensure alignment with predetermined KPIs, budgets, targets, etc. 
    • Helping to identify areas of improvement, communicate actionable insights, and measure efficiency and effectiveness of different efforts looking at traffic, spend and ROI  
    • Pulling and providing routine reporting for the Digital Marketing team as well as for various internal stakeholders including Finance, Executive Leadership, etc. 
    • Conducting market research to determine competitor and market influences potentially impacting our digital marketing strategies 
    • Scheduling meetings on behalf of the Digital Marketing team, taking notes during meetings and sending out recap emails 
    • Supporting the Digital Marketing team with administrative tasks (e.g., submitting coupon code requests, submitting analytics requests, etc.)

    GOT THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE? HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • BA/BS degree in related field preferred (Marketing, Business, Public Relations or Communications) 
    • 1-3 years of marketing experience, specifically within digital marketing 
    • Retail and e-commerce experience preferred 
    • An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret and translate technical findings into accessible updates 
    • Familiarity with search, bid management and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)  
    • Experience running paid digital marketing campaigns and ads through Google (including Performance Max), Bing, Facebook/Meta, etc. 
    • Know-how of digital-marketing measurement metrics including ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, iROAS, etc. 
    • Proficiency in Excel, specifically with data manipulation, pivot tables, etc. 
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint, specifically designing executive-facing decks and slides
