Lakeshore Talent is partnering with one of the Midwest's Healthcare leaders in search of a Human Resource Call Center Representative for their HR call center in downtown Chicago, IL. This position will start as a 3-month contract. SHIFT: 8:00am - 4:30pm
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Human Resource Call Center Representative will be working in a call center setting for a large healthcare company. These individuals will primarily be responsible for fielding calls from employees regarding their benefits, PTO, etc. Individuals must be driven, quick learners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience with benefits and HR
Must be able to multi-task
Ability to pass a background check, drug test
Since this position is in a healthcare setting, immunizations must be up to date (HepB, Varcellia, Tdap, MMR, Covid, Flu)
