    About Us:

    We are a high growth, Vision / Mission-focused, Values-driven facilities maintenance company looking for a Team Lead to join our high-performing Operations Department.

    Project Coordinators join our team with the goal of providing excellent customer service for our company. We pay Project Coordinators a competitive base salary, plus commissions, while they master their craft, learn our business, and grow in their understanding of world-class project management.

    Position Description:

    Project Coordinators supervise facility maintenance projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. An understanding of facility maintenance or construction industry is helpful, but not required. The ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment is important to success. Multi-tasking with multiple jobs, the position will include some hands-on and administrative duties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Estimating and project coordinating single scope/trade projects in the facilities maintenance and/or construction fields
    • Manage time effectively to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and complete within LPS guidelines.
    • Negotiate contracts with external subcontractors to reach profit expectations.
    • Answer phone calls for work orders that may be after hours for previous jobs that are started during business hours.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to quickly learn construction/ project management/work order management software.

    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

    • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    • A team player with leadership abilities.

    • Self-driven, competitive nature, with a proven track record as a winner (personal, business, or other).

    • Must be willing to work on-call shifts (remotely).

    • Must have at least one year of verifiable professional experience.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Education:

    • Associate's Degree (Preferred)
    • Must demonstrate mastery of written and spoken English w/ correct grammar and punctuation

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Available Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, paid time off accrual, EAP, and 401K with company match

    • We offer a competitive base salary plus bonuses. We have a performance-based culture, and compensation system.

    Work location:

    Denver, NC; Office based initially, then potential for hybrid with approval from manager following successful completion of first 90 days and demonstrated mastery in role.

    Salary range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year plus commissions (no cap on commissions potential)
