  • Responsibilities

    The ID Coordinator provides administrative support to the Departments of Public Safety, Control Center, Parking, Guess Support Services and the ID office with organizing activities within each area and assisting the Administrative Coordinator with day to day duties. The primary function will be to ensure all medical center personnel receive the proper identification card and access clearance to allow access to restricted medical center areas. The Coordinator will utilize the Medical Center’s core values as the basis for decision making to facilitate the Center’s mission.

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Operating BUMC Identification Card systems and the delivery of related services.
    • Providing administrative support and working with managers to assists with daily operations including but not limited to: coordinating meeting schedules, scheduling departmental interviews, submitting weekly payroll, reviewing SAP functions regarding human resource record keeping and ordering office equipment and supplies.
    • Assisting with tracking of information for the SharePoint and department websites, assist with managing databases and/or financial documents as needed, attends departmental meetings to assist with record keeping as necessary and providing support to the Department of Emergency Preparedness for BMC.
    • Ensuring the System’s coordinator is notified of any liabilities regarding electronic system failures or scheduled activities that cannot be corrected or performed by the available staff, which may include contractors.
    • Establishing guidelines and frequency of audits and the process for annual renewals of access permissions

    Required Skills

    Associate’s degree required with 1-3 years’ work experience.
