• Answer and make phone calls
• Collect payments
• Filings
• Data entry Qualifications:
• Strong customer service skill
• Knowledge of basic computer applications
• Strong working knowledge of Monday.com
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Bilingual preferred: English &Spanish or English & Vietnamese
• Legal to work in the US
