Our global operations exist in China and Mexico with our headquarters in San Diego, where the role will perform a variety of Customer Service activities.
Lamkin is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve our most critical channel customers. The position will be located at our San Diego Headquarters, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Day to Day Customer Order Intake Flow/End to End Order Process Management
- Provide Order Acknowledgement/Confirmation; to include communication of order receipt, order placement, Lamkin order#, estimated ship dates, product allocation, confirmed customer shipment instructions, order shipment coordination with Lamkin distribution team, provide shipment tracking, and confirming invoice.
- Responsible for incoming customer calls and inquiries via Help Scout (Daily review and response)
- Responsible for Web store customer support (Amazon and DTC)

- Act as point of contact for global tour and promotional product placement, placing orders and communicating with recipients

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Create weekly and monthly reports as needed for direct customers, sales team, and adjoining departments as needed
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills with a readiness to learn and ability to multi-task
- Must be able to maintain high levels of accuracy and prioritization with a customer mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, coworkers and management
- Face challenges with a positive attitude, driven to meet deadlines, and interested in personal development to build and grow with an evolving company
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Experience with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Golf Experience a plus
