Wholesum Juice is a new juice and smoothie bar located in Dunwoody, GA. We take pride in providing fresh and organic natural foods without preservatives or additives. We are currently seeking reliable team members with previous experience in Superfoods or plant-based cafes/restaurants/big chains and have worked in juice bar businesses in the past. The job will require you to organize daily operations, nurture friendly relationships with customers, and successfully turn the Juice Bar into the new local favorite! Prep Cook - Juice Bar Team Member Responsibilities Commitment to exceptional customer service. Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner. Serve food in a professional and timely manner to ensure guests have an enjoyable and satisfying experience. Ensure accuracy when entering orders into point of sale (POS) system. Check with guests to establish satisfaction with product and overall experience, and providing management with feedback. Report to management when needed. Follow service requirements. Read, understand, and memorize the menu. Accurately handle all cash and credit card transactions. Be informed about the ingredients in the menu and their the benefits, as well as cleanse info, making recommendations to customers when appropriate. Follow server checklists accordingly. Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards (buss tables, maintain trash area, refill utensils, set up etc.) Follow and uphold all company policies per employee handbook and training.
