Job Title:           Business Systems Analyst Location:           Remote Duration:           18 Month Contract Travel Requirements:     25% - 50% project-related travel

Deployment: Assist Deployment Teams in deployment readiness, including master data preparation, development & testing, user security & training, and on-site go-live support.

Contour Program: Collaborate with Contour Program Teams to design, develop and deploy SAP S4/HANA and related tools to be used by the NAOU Supply Chain Warehouse and Production Execution areas and networks. Ensure business requirements are synthesized into clear strategies for new IT systems and business processes.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)

Related Work Experience: •    3 Years KO/CCNA Business Experience or other Plant/ Operations experience (required) •    3 Years of Warehousing and/or Production Execution experience working within SAP P08, Visitrak, ITS Mobile, MII Solution and/or SAP for Partners (preferred) •    1 Year of experience working within S4/Hana for EWM and/or Production Execution (preferred)

Functional Skills: •    Project Management skills (CAPM or PMP preferred) •    Excellent communication skills •    Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results •    Ability to lead the identification, development and implementation of process and system improvements in functional areas of responsibility.

Job Description: •    The Business Systems Analyst Supports the Company’s purpose and strategy to “Refresh the World” by stewarding the deployment, utilization, and improvement of management system tools throughout the North America Operating Unit (NAOU), specific to the SAP P08 Warehouse and Production Execution functional areas.  •    This includes supporting bolt-on systems- ITS Mobile, Visitrak, MII (P97) and the SAP for Partners (3P) solutions.  •    This position also supports driving system transformation with S4/Hana to standardize, simplify and automate key business processes and tools.  •    This role provides functional business process and technical system solution support to the NAOU associates and to Third-party (3P) manufacturing co-packers and warehouse partners.
