Active operator in Houston seeking an oil and gas professional with a strong background in acquisitions and business development. This person will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Build & maintain relationships w/ 3rd parties
• Source and execute leasehold, mineral acquisitions
• Negotiations
• Handle due diligence for A&D opportunities

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of oil and gas land acquisition experience
• Ability to manage deals from sourcing to close
• Proven track record of closing land transactions
• Extensive network
• Strong negotiations experience
