We’re seeking a high-performing Land Acquisitions Manager to run comps, make offers, and negotiate deals directly with sellers. You'll be the tip of the spear in our acquisitions process — and a critical part of helping us scale to the next level. Expected time commitment is in the 30–40 hours/ week range, with schedule flexibility based on performance and results TRAINING SUPPORT You’ll have access to a proven real estate sales training program to level up your skills right from the start. We also provide: • Clear comping and offer frameworks • Video walkthroughs and SOPs • Consistent feedback and support from our entire team TOOLS SYSTEMS WE USE We’ll train you on all systems and give you access to everything you need to succeed: • REGRID, Land ID (formerly MapRight), and county GIS systems • Google Drive, Notion, and Excel for data and compiling properties • Our CRM with an integrated phone system for lead management and communication • Additional tools for property comparison and research COMPENSATION $2,000 a month base + 5% commission on gross profit (we aim for a minimum of $30k gross profit margin per deal). A $500 commission advance will be paid at the time of acquisition, with the balance paid after resale Responsibilities: • Analyze incoming property leads and run accurate comps to determine Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) • Speak directly with landowners to gather property details, uncover motivation, and negotiate win-win terms • Present offers and consistently follow up to get contracts signed • Input detailed notes, comps, and lead updates into our CRM • Relentlessly follow up with sellers Qualifications: • Based in the U.S. with fluent English and excellent phone communication skills • Background in real estate acquisitions, land investing, wholesaling, or as a licensed real estate agent familiar with the investment space is strongly preferred • Proven experience with sales, negotiations, and follow-up systems • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently • Detail-oriented and organized with strong CRM habits Compensation: $75,000 to $125,000 at plan commission
