We are partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm based in the Denver area that is seeking a Land Survey Project Manager to join their team. As a key player in driving commercial and residential land development projects forward, you'll oversee field crews, manage multiple projects, and assist with proposals, scheduling, and client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Land Survey Plats, Subdivision Plats, and Topographic Surveys
- Verify data accuracy by examining previous records and evidence
- Process field data from survey field teams
- Review and address Title Commitments
- Prepare and coordinate Legal Descriptions and Exhibits for easements and agreements
- Manage land survey projects independently with minimal supervision
- Schedule and manage field crews
Requirements:
- Current Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the State of Colorado, or the ability to apply for reciprocity or sit for the CO PLS exam within one-year of hire date.
- An equivalent combination of 4+ years of progressive experience and/or education in performing all aspects of land surveying
- A clear understanding of survey standards and methodologies
- Knowledge of Trimble survey equipment and software
- Knowledge in Trimble TSC-7 Controller software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Xcel, and Word)
- Proficient in AutoCAD (CIVIL3D) software
- Proficient in Trimble Business Center, Drone Deploy, and/or Virtual Surveyor is a plus
Salary: $75,800 - $110,000 DOE + Comprehensive benefits package
