    Requirements:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Management:

    Lead, manage, and develop the office and parts department staff through hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.

    Ensure the team aligns with Landers' high standards and values, adhering to our policies and procedures with a balanced approach.

    Serve as a role model in upholding our commitment to ultimate customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

    Support Duties:

    Assist with customer service by stepping in on the phones as needed, ensuring a seamless and responsive customer experience.

    Actively engage in resolving daily operational challenges alongside the sales, service, and installation teams.

    Operational Excellence and More:

    Negotiate terms and manage relationships with manufacturers as the primary liaison, securing advantageous terms for Landers.

    Oversee the smooth operation of technological issues, fleet service, and inventory management, among other duties, to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Drive improvements in office procedures and customer service practices to elevate service quality.

    Coordinate company events, manage insurance updates, and ensure compliance with all relevant workplace regulations, contributing to a thriving work environment.

    Strategic Contributions:

    Champion our mission for ultimate customer satisfaction, providing robust back-office support that aligns with our goals for service excellence.

    Reporting Structure.

    Directly report to the Director of Projects, with General Manager oversight.

    Manage the Office Supervisor, Administrator, Customer Service Coordinators, and Parts Department, promoting a cohesive team environment.

    Champion operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of learning and trust.

    Job Requirements:

    1+ year of experience leading a team.

    Must be at least 18 years of age.

    Excel in quickly mastering essential technologies, ensuring their effective application in our operations.

    Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Ability to type no less than 55 WPM corrected.
