As a Real Estate Sales Closer, you will be responsible for finalizing property sales transactions, showcasing excellent negotiation skills, and providing an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to close deals effectively. Responsibilities: Negotiation and Deal Closing: • Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both buyers and sellers. • Guide clients through the closing process, addressing any concerns and facilitating a smooth transaction. Lead Conversion and Follow-Up: • Respond promptly to inbound/outbound leads and inquiries, cultivating strong relationships with potential buyers/sellers. • Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and guide them through the sales process. Market Analysis: • Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and competition. • Conduct comparative market analyses to assist clients in making informed decisions. Qualifications: • Commute or relocate to Keller, TX 76248. • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets. • 3+ years of real estate sales experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
