Responsibilities for our Interns could include:

     

    RMA Order Entry

    Validate and Migrate Data.

    CRM Case Creation.

    Answer Agent for Inbound Customer Calls to the Service Desk During Peak Times or Events.

    Assist with reporting.

    Perform hardware troubleshooting steps and assist with customer issue resolution

    Shipping and receiving liaison

    • Pick up meters from receiving. Inventory meters and update case notes. Label boxes with case information. Deliver meters to appropriate team member or place meters in storage
    • Ship meters. Fill out meter shipping forms and take meters to shipping. Update case notes. Provide tracking information to team members and customers.

    RA creation officer

    • Create RAs
    • Update case notes
    • Communicate RA information to customer

    L1 service desk member –

    • Take customer calls/emails/DM and create and work cases
    • Work and/or assist other team members with existing cases

    L1.5/L2 member - Perform initial meter evaluations

    • Create case directories
    • Gather meter information from COGNOS
    • Obtain 1132 meter reads
    • Perform visual inspection of meter, including microscope inspection.
    • Perform WECO accuracy validation
    • Try and replicate the reported issue
    • Research reported issue to see if it is a known issue
    • Create the meter evaluation report
    • Coordinate meters between L1.5/L2 and L3.
    • Update case notes and case directories

     

    Projects:

    • Help develop and maintain meter storage system and tracking
    • Help develop team metrics tracking and reporting
    • Obtain and track meter PCBA and other meter drawings

     

    Required Skills

    • Excel, Microsoft Office.
    • Not required but Preferred: SAP, MS CRM, Customer Service Skills, Service Ticket Management, Microsoft Power BI
