Job Description

This job will focus on the manufacturing and light industrial sectors in the Houston Market. Design and /or estimate electrical projects ranging from $5,000 to $ 1 Million. Project Manage all facets of jobs, attend pre-bid meetings, accurately estimate hours, material, etc, necessary to bid projects. Develop/maintain relationships with owners and GC's. Communicate and negotiate with owners, GC's, vendors, subcontractors, engineers and architects. Submit and gain approval all drawings, load calculations, etc, to local AHJ as required for plan approval process, ensure that all work is completed according to company safety standards. Effectively track and manage all facets of projects to meet deadlines and budgets. Perform all facets of job with the highest standard of ethics at all times.
