HIRING SALARY: Paid per project
HOURS: This is not a permanent job. Consultants are used on an as-needed basis, based solely on customer demand and facilitator match to the audience. (i.e. A person may work on one or ten projects a year. No guaranteed assignments.)

The Performance Innovation Institute (PII) provides performance solutions to businesses and organizations. The experts who make up PII provide performance improvement services to the business community including private, for-profit, not-for-profit, government, manufacturing, financial, and healthcare entities. The Performance Innovation Institute provides fee-based services in areas such as performance improvement consulting, customized training, succession planning, 360 management analyses, employee/customer perception, strategic planning, job task analysis/profiling, pre-employment assessment, coaching, project management, leadership development, and process improvement/management. Typically, services are delivered between 7 am and 7 pm but on occasion, there is evening and weekend need based on the customer’s hours of operation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A MINIMUM OF FIVE years of PROVEN, high quality, consulting/facilitation, experience. Experience consulting on projects with diverse organizations including entry-level to C level personnel. Experience in DISC Assessment and Training Facilitation, Process Improvement, Process Mapping, Strategic Planning, Succession Planning, Team Development, Leadership, HPT/HPI, Business Coaching, D, E, I & B, Job Task Analysis/Job Benchmarking, Salary Analysis, staff development in healthcare and financial organizations, and/or FinTech. PII consultants need to have the ability to present in a highly professional style while maintaining flexibility. Professional, ethical behavior is an absolute imperative for these positions.
(FinTech) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or computer related field plus a minimum 2 years of experience in FinTech development; financial fundamentals in analysis, financial ratios, financial analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, modern portfolio theory, machine learning, blockchain, cryptocurrency, consensus algorithms, transactions, validation, distributed ledger, Bitcoin, mining, and demonstrated experience in training for industry.
PREFERENCE: Preference will be given to applicants with seven or more years of PROVEN, high-quality, experience. A proven background in organizational systems, sales/relationship building, systems theory, and curriculum design as well as a college degree is preferred, but not necessary.
MAJOR FUNCTION: The major function varies with each project. All consultants/facilitators must effectively and efficiently interact with all levels of employees within an organization, create trust-based partnerships with customers, and provide services in an extremely professional and high-quality manner.

Facilitators/Consultants will act as vendors to the College and are not considered College employees. It is beneficial if you already have a F.E.I.D. associated with your consulting work but it is not necessary for consideration for a position. It may be obtained at a later date. Persons considered for these opportunities will have a dynamic presentation style, be well-spoken, possess strong English writing skills, have extensive knowledge in the specified topic area, and a proven history of engagement with private, not-for-profit, and/or governmental organizations and their leadership.
