Landmark Mortgage Capital is hiring a Loan Processing Manager to join one of the fastest growing mortgage companies in California. We are a full-service Broker and Direct Lender that offers a wide spectrum of loan products, great pricing, and in-house processing. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Manage and lead a team of processors to accomplish personal and company goals. 

·       Review loan files and determine required documentation needed for approval

·       Communicate and respond to internal and external customers

·       Utilize pipeline reports to mange and prioritize daily work flow.

·       Request, organize and process loan documentation and submit loans to Underwriting

·       Obtain and submit loan conditions to clear loans for funding.

·       Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Minimum of 2 years managing a team of loan processors, or otherwise strong people management experience 

·       Minimum 5 years loan processing experience

·       FHA/VA, Conventional and Non-QM product experience required

·       Automated Underwriting (DU) experience required

·       Basic Pricing and Product knowledge

·       Must be proficient in Calyx Point
