Landscape Architecture Sales Executive – Luxury Outdoor Design
About REMARK REMARK is a regional leader in luxury landscape architecture, creating extraordinary outdoor living spaces throughout Charleston and the Lowcountry. Our work blends aesthetics with function, and we’re seeking a results-driven sales professional who’s passionate about connecting clients with outdoor spaces that transform their lives. Compensation & Benefits • Base salary + upside commission (On-target earnings $100,000+) • Monthly bonus opportunities • Simple IRA with company contribution • Paid time off + holidays • Paid sales training (Cardone University & internal coaching) Responsibilities: • Qualify and follow up on leads using our CRM and sales process • Book and conduct design consultations for high-end residential clients • Present REMARK’s design packages with professionalism and confidence • Build and maintain partnerships with builders, architects, and developers • Track leads, calls, and appointments in our CRM (Top Line) • Collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed monthly sales goals Qualifications: • 2+ years of B2C or B2B sales experience (preferably in design, architecture, construction, or real estate) • Familiarity with CRM systems (Top Line, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Professional communication and sales presentation skills • Self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented Compensation: $100,000+ OTE
