We are looking for a responsible, reliable, punctual, and hardworking individual to join our landscaping team as an Office Assistant/Clerk.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication & Front Desk:
Answer incoming calls efficiently
Respond to emails promptly
Office & Inventory Management:
Keep office and kitchen supplies organized and stocked
Track inventory and provide the office manager with an order list as needed
Administrative Support:
Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry
Support invoicing, bill collection, and receipt management
Employee & Payroll Support:
Assist field employees with questions
Support payroll tasks
Maintain employee files and other records
Skills & Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and email
Extremely clean and organized
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and collaborate in a team environment
Strong work ethic and professionalism
