What You’ll Do

Coordinate daily crew activities on landscape construction projects

Maintain quality, safety, and production standards on site

Read plans and assist with layout, installation, and problem solving

Perform skilled work in hardscape installation, softscape, grading, drainage, and pool-related construction

Help train and support apprentices and journeymen

Keep tools, materials, and the jobsite organized and job-ready

Lead the crew in the field and help keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in landscape construction or hardscape installation

Ability to install projects confidently with limited supervision

Leadership mindset and strong communication skills

Experience with pavers, retaining walls, grading, drainage, and accessory features

Ability to read plans and direct workflow on site

Strong attention to detail, safety, and craftsmanship

Bonus Skills

CMHA or similar hardscape certification

Pool installation or pool plumbing experience

Experience leading crews or delegated project tasks

Snow operations experience is a plus
