Russo Landscapes is growing and we’re looking for a creative, motivated, and client-focused Landscape Design & Sales Associate to join our team! This role blends design, sales, and client interaction to bring stunning outdoor spaces to life.

We’re seeking someone who thrives on creativity, leadership, and building lasting relationships. If you're passionate about landscape design and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you.

🔧 What You'll Do

Meet with clients on-site to understand project goals

Create and present landscape designs (softscape & hardscape)

Generate estimates and close sales

Manage your own sales pipeline from consultation to contract

Coordinate with production teams to ensure project success

✅ What We’re Looking For

Knowledge of horticulture, softscape, and hardscape design

Understanding of grading and drainage principles

Sales experience and excellent communication skills

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Valid driver’s license (required)

English (required), Spanish (preferred)

💰 Compensation

Total potential: $70,000–$112,000+

Base Salary: $40,000

Commission: $30,000–$72,000+ (performance-based)
