The Role: Impact & Responsibilities
As the Foreman, you are the bridge between vision and reality. You will oversee the daily operations of high-end residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our exacting standards.
Project Leadership: Manage on-site activities, ensuring all designs are executed with precision.
Personnel Management: Lead, mentor, and train crew members to foster professional growth and high-quality output.
Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact on-site for customers and designers to ensure total project satisfaction.
Operations & Safety: Maintain a meticulously clean and OSHA-compliant job site while tracking project hours and expenses accurately.
Strategic Communication: Provide regular updates to the Management Team regarding project milestones and resource needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned pro who is as comfortable with a transit level as they are leading a team meeting.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in landscape construction and installation (hardscape and softscape).
Equipment Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with excavators, skid steers, trenchers, and specialized landscape machinery.
Horticultural Knowledge: Deep understanding of turf, perennials, shrubs, and trees.
Licensing: Must possess a clean driving record. Ability to obtain a CDL Class A within the first 3 months of employment is required.
Physical Capability: Ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment (lifting/moving up to 125 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Peak Season (March–Nov): 45–60 hours per week.
Winter Season (Dec–Feb): 40+ hours per week.
