Landscape Construction Foreman

GLI NorCal Landscape Construction has been a premier provider of landscape construction services across the Bay Area for over 30 years.

We are seeking a landscape construction foreman to lead and work alongside crews and coordinate job site operations.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Execute site layouts

Maintain schedules and prepare daily job reports

Coordinate job site operations

Lead and work alongside crews

Prepare and maintain safety conditions

Oversee quality control

Experience/Skills:

Five years minimum experience in landscape construction with an emphasis on high-end residential projects preferred

Read and understand plans

Excellent communication skills

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage installation teams

Excellent hands-on construction skills with strong carpentry skills preferred

Overall knowledge of landscaping, carpentry, masonry, concrete, and site work

Strong problem-solving skills

English and Spanish speaking preferred

Physical ability required to work outdoors and lift up to 40 pounds
