Job Overview:
We're hiring a Leadman to join our commercial landscape construction team. The Laborer will follow the Foreman's directions, ensuring they're done efficiently, safely, and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with supervisors about landscape tasks and project updates.
• Perform landscape construction tasks like grading, soil preparation, planting, etc.
• Use power tools and operate equipment.
• Understand basic irrigation systems.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Read plans and perform installation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of landscape experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in operating landscape equipment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit.
• Knowledge of landscape construction practices.
• Ability to read plans.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Commitment to safety and policies.
