Were looking for a skilled Landscape Construction Lead Technician to supervise our installation crews and drive project excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team installing landscape construction projects on schedule and to design specifications

Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and efficient equipment use on site

Coordinate logistics, material tracking, and crew assignments

Ensure adherence to company and client standards throughout project phases

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years verifiable experience as a lead technician in landscape construction

Strong skills in irrigation systems, low voltage lighting, hardscaping, grading, plant identification and planting, and equipment operation

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must provide current DMV report

OSHA 10 certification helpful; ALCA or similar certifications a plus
