Landscape Crew Lead

TerraVita Landscape & Gardening is building a structured, high-performing field team—and we’re hiring a Crew Lead to help lead it.

What You’ll Do

Lead a 2–3 person crew on landscape install projects

Set daily plan, pace, and quality standards

Perform and oversee:

Planting, grading, and site prep

Mulch, rock, and soil installs

Basic hardscape support

Keep jobs organized, efficient, and professional

3+ years landscape installation experience
