    The Role

    We’re hiring a Landscape Crew Leader (Foreman) to lead small crews (2–3 people) on landscape installation projects.

    This is a working leadership role — you lead from the front, set the pace, and ensure jobs are done right the first time.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead daily landscape installation projects (grading, planting, bed prep, materials install)

    Supervise and direct crew members to meet production and quality standards

    Read and execute landscape plans and layouts

    Perform and oversee:

    Planting (trees, shrubs, sod)

    Mulch, rock, and soil installation

    Site prep and grading

    Basic hardscape support (pavers, base prep, retaining walls)

    Maintain clean, organized, professional jobsites

    Manage tools, equipment, and materials daily

    Communicate job progress and issues to management

    Represent TerraVita professionally with clients

    Requirements (Must-Have)

    3-5 years landscape installation experience

    3+ year crew lead / foreman experience

    Ability to read plans and perform layout work

    Strong knowledge of:

    Planting techniques

    Site prep and grading

    Basic hardscape processes

    Reliable, consistent attendance

    Ability to lead, direct, and hold a team accountable

    Physically able to perform outdoor labor in Idaho weather

    Preferred Qualifications

    Valid driver’s license

    Experience running small crews (2–3 people)

    Experience with pavers, retaining walls, or irrigation basics

    Pay & Schedule

    $23–$30/hour DOE

    Full-time seasonal (strong potential for yearly return)

    Overtime potential during peak season

    Weather-dependent schedule
