Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities

Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.

Assist with landscape maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and landscape installation projects.

Install mulch, plants, shrubs, trees, and decorative landscape materials.

Assist with irrigation repairs and installations as needed.

Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain clean and professional job sites.

Work collaboratively with crew leaders and other team members.

Represent Quality Lawn Care professionally while interacting with customers.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous lawn care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required.

Valid Driver's License preferred.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Veterans and transitioning service members are strongly encouraged to apply; relevant military experience and transferable skills are welcomed.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, lift, push, pull, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.

Ability to regularly lift equipment, materials, and landscaping supplies.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
