Role Overview

We’re hiring Landscape Crew Members to join our team. Whether you’re brand new to landscaping or already have some experience, we provide the training, tools, and supportive environment you need to succeed. This is an active, outdoor role with year-round opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Perform lawn maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, and debris cleanup.

Assist with landscape installation projects: mulching, planting, grading, edging, and drainage solutions.

Support seasonal cleanups in spring and fall.

Contribute to winter snow removal operations as needed.

Maintain job sites, tools, and vehicles to company standards.

Deliver professional, courteous customer service on every project.

What We’re Looking For

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Dependable with strong attention to detail.

Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn.

Previous landscaping experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right people.

Reliable transportation to our DeWitt location.
