Green Garden is a Seattle-based landscaping company serving residential, HOA, and commercial properties across the city. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Crew Member who wants to be part of a team that does quality work and takes the job seriously.

What you'll do

Work alongside a lead and crew to complete daily maintenance routes on schedule and to quality standards

Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general property cleanup

Maintain professional appearance and conduct when on client properties

Follow safety protocols and proper equipment use at all times

Keep tools and equipment organized and in good working condition

Communicate openly with your lead and support the team through the day

What we're looking for

Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required

At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or a similar outdoor labor role

Ability to operate standard maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)

Familiarity with Pacific Northwest plants and seasonal conditions is a plus

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Dependable, hardworking, and able to take direction and work as part of a team
