R&D Landscape Location: Eaton Rapids, MI

Pay: Starting at $19.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Install landscape beds, trees, shrubs, and plant material.

Assist with retaining walls, patios, drainage systems, grading, and landscape construction.

Operate landscape construction equipment as experience allows.

Work safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Assist foremen with project completion.

Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Landscape construction experience preferred.

Construction experience is helpful.

Ability to learn equipment operation.

Valid Driver's License preferred.

Dependable attendance.

Strong work ethic.

Coachable attitude.

Interest in long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, and work outdoors throughout the day.

Ability to regularly lift materials and equipment.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
