Landscape Crew Member – Kanazeh Lawn Service Lansing, MI $16–$20/hr (based on experience) Full-Time | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM

About the Role Kanazeh Lawn Service is hiring Landscape Crew Members for year-round and seasonal projects. From mulching and planting to edging and cleanup, you’ll work outdoors with a supportive team to maintain and enhance residential and commercial properties.

What You’ll Do

Perform landscaping tasks: mulching, planting, edging, trimming

Safely transport trailers and equipment

Maintain tools, vehicles, and job site areas

Collaborate with team members for timely project completion

Support seasonal services (spring/fall cleanups, winter snow removal)

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)

Previous landscaping experience preferred, not required

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather

Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Compensation & Benefits

$16–$20/hr based on experience
