    Job Title: Landscape Designer

    Job Description:

    Superior Landscape & Irrigation is looking for an experienced Landscape Designer (sales goal minimum $2,000,000).     Responsibilities:

    Pursue leads and referrals – follow up with pre-qualified leads and convert leads into clients.

    Design landscape plans and estimates for customers and leads; present to customers and leads.

    The sales goal for the Landscape Designer is at a minimum of $2,000,000.

    Follow project from initial contact through completion.

    Set appointment, attend initial meeting, in-office plan review, contract signing, start of project, periodic visits (as needed), and final project walk-through/collection.

    Manage and track progress of your projects, including change orders.

    Have strong communication with project manager, foremen and operations manager.

    Maintain consistent and timely communication to clients.

    Maintain an office presence and uphold a “team” approach in your work.

    Communicate and maintain a transparent schedule with office through use of email and calendar.

    Attend and contribute to our weekly office/manager meetings, sales meetings, and design/install meetings.

    Communicate and collect payment as needed.

    Check and respond to your e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner.

    Follow up on any outstanding invoices and assist office with collecting payments.

    Assist with marketing, Facebook pages and any other social media, as necessary.

    Assist with and attend Home Shows and Trade Shows

    Landscape Designer Requirements:

    Professional degree in Landscape Design and 3+ years of landscape design experience

    Proficiency using CAD-based landscape software (Dynascape preferred)

    Strong working knowledge of landscape construction and completing field measurements.

    Effective verbal and written skills
