    Position Overview

    As a Landscape Designer and Estimator, you’ll combine your creative eye for design with your technical skills in estimating to develop custom landscape plans and accurate project proposals. This is a key role that bridges design, sales, and project management — perfect for someone who enjoys both creativity and precision.

    What You’ll Do

    · Meet with clients to discuss goals, budget, and vision for their outdoor spaces.

    · Create detailed landscape designs and plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.

    · Develop material lists, takeoffs, and cost estimates for proposed projects.

    · Prepare professional design presentations and client proposals.

    · Collaborate with the field and operations teams to ensure design accuracy during installation.

    · Source materials, coordinate with vendors, and maintain pricing databases.

    · Stay updated on current trends, materials, and sustainable landscape practices.

    What We’re Looking For

    Education/Experience: Degree or equivalent experience in Landscape Design, Horticulture, or Construction Management.

    Experience: 3+ years in landscape design, estimating, or project coordination.

    Skills:

    • Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools

    • Strong understanding of plants, hardscapes, and construction techniques

    • Excellent communication and client presentation skills

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

    Bonus: Experience with LMN, Aspire, or other estimating/project management software.

    Schedule
