Founded in 2008, we focus on quality, customer satisfaction, creativity, and creating beautiful, functional, award-winning landscapes that inspire our clientele to get outside.

    We are currently seeking a Landscape Designer to join our growing team. We offer a competitive compensation package for this role, including a starting base pay between $60,000–$75,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a Simple IRA retirement plan, profit sharing, paid time off (PTO), and a company cell phone.

    Requirements for the Landscape Designer include:

    • A degree in landscape architecture or landscape design;
    • 3+ years of experience in a landscape design role;
    • Proficiency in landscape design principles, including knowledge of plant materials, layout, and aesthetics;
    • Understanding of plants, plant materials, and landscaping techniques;
    • Proficiency in using software for creating proposals, quotes, and maintaining records, with a willingness to learn new software;
    • Proficiency in CAD and/or landscape design software and experience creating and presenting design plans.

    Responsibilities for the Landscape Designer include:

    • Developing landscape designs based on client needs and site analysis;
    • Creating detailed planting plans and layouts using design software;
    • Collaborating with senior designers and architects on project specifications;
    • Preparing presentations and visual materials for client meetings;
    • Researching and recommending plants, materials, and landscaping techniques;
    • Assisting with project budgeting and cost estimation;
    • Maintaining project documentation and schedules;
    • Other duties as assigned.
