    Enhancement Technicians are responsible for understanding, installing and picking up tasks, receiving direction, identifying needs on a jobsite (Garden Bed Installation, Planting/Horticulture, Grading, Sod, Seeding/Overseeding, Artificial Turf, Drainage), as well as ensuring that their crew (including yourself) is performing all responsibilities to company standards, to ensure that a quality job is performed in an effective and professional manner. We will provide in-office training and education. On-site training and knowledge is provided. Out of town travel may be required.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in Landscaping. (1-2 years)

    Ability to install elements like seed/sod, garden beds,etc.

    Knowledge of plants and soil.

    Proficient with landscape machinery and hand tools.

    Ability to lift heavy objects, work long hours outdoors, and perform physically demanding tasks.

    Ability to interact professionally with clients.

    Attention to detail. Landscaping requires a keen eye for detail, ensuring projects meet high standards.

    Time Management.

    Problem solving.

    Adhere to safety rules and regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    Participate in a crew of 1-2 others through the installation of softscapes.

    Ensure the successful installation of Garden Beds, Plantings, Sod, Seed, Artificial Turf, Drainage, Grading, etc.

    Interact with Supervisors, Project Foreman, and clients to ensure clear communication throughout all projects.

    Ensure client and company satisfaction through quality work.

    Provide insight and suggestions for processes that are critical to the success of your crew and the company.

    Receiving direction and identifying needs on a jobsite.

    Perform all responsibilities to company standards.

    Present knowledge and information to other crew members.

    Show interest in daily tasks and projects.

    Job Type:

    Full Time-Seasonal

    Salary:

    $19-23/hr After 30 Apprenticeship Period

    Paid Training

    Minnesota Sick & Safe time: 1hr for every 30 hours worked.
