City & Estate Gardener is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a 3-person crew delivering high-quality, horticulture-focused landscape care to residential and institutional properties.

This role is ideal for a working leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, efficiency, and setting the tone for their crew.

Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside a 2–3 person maintenance crew

Execute weekly maintenance, bed care, pruning, seasonal services, and cleanups

Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

Manage daily workflow, site sequencing, and time on site

Communicate clearly with the Production Manager and office staff

Maintain equipment, vehicles, and jobsite organization

Train and mentor crew members

Qualifications

3+ years of landscape maintenance experience

Prior crew leadership or foreman experience preferred

Strong pruning skills and plant knowledge

Ability to read job scopes and manage time effectively

Valid driver’s license (truck and trailer experience required)

Professional demeanor with clients and crew members
